Cancellation Policies
Every listing on JustBallFields chooses a cancellation policy that defines the refund guests can expect if they need to cancel. Choose a field with the policy that fits your plans.
Flexible
Full refund 24 hours before
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the booking. If cancelled within 24 hours, the host keeps the full booking amount. This policy offers the most freedom for last-minute changes.
Moderate
Full refund 5 days before
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel at least 5 days before the start time of the booking. If cancelled between 24 hours and 5 days before, the host keeps 50% of the booking amount. If cancelled within 24 hours, the host keeps the full amount. This policy strikes a balance between flexibility and host protection.
Strict
50% refund up to 7 days before
Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel at least 7 days before the start time of the booking. If cancelled within 7 days, the host keeps the full booking amount. This policy provides the most protection for hosts who may turn away other bookings for the reserved time slot.
Cancellation timing
All cut-off times are measured from the start time of your booking (not from when you made the reservation). For example, if your booking starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday, a Flexible policy requires cancellation by 9:00 AM on Friday to receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
